I believe that personal development and creativity are intrinsically linked. Our creativity is so bound up with who we are that one cannot exist without the other. After a lifetime of keeping my creativity and passion for personal development separate, I started to question where one ended and the other began. Both aspects are needed to make our stamp on the world. To work effectively in a group you need to bring out people’s creativity and to be creative you need to have a level of self and group awareness.

As a freelance facilitator I train others to be effective leaders and support people's potential to be passionate, loud and authentic.
